What We Offer

Hassle-Free Delivery
We’ll bring your sofa, mattress, or dining furniture right to the room of your choice, set it up for you, and take away all the packaging for recycling. No stress, no mess—just sit back and enjoy your new furniture!

Flexible Delivery Options
We deliver Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., free for customers within 50 miles of our store. Prefer a weekend delivery? We’ve got you covered—Saturday deliveries are available for a flat fee of £25.

Easy Store Collection
For smaller orders under £500, you can simply pop into our store to collect your items at a time that suits you. Quick, convenient, and hassle-free!

Leave It to the Experts

Our professional delivery team treats your furniture with the utmost care, bringing it safely to the room of your choice so you can simply sit back and relax. No heavy lifting required—our two-person team handles everything for you.

Once your furniture is in place, they’ll show you how any recliner mechanisms, adjustable beds, or extending dining tables work, fit the feet and glides you’ve ordered, and make sure everything is set up perfectly. They’ll even take care of all the packaging, recycling it so your space is left clean and clear.

Before they leave, take a moment to check your new furniture and make sure it’s exactly what you expected. Since our delivery team are Stokers Furniture employees, feel free to ask any questions or request help with final adjustments—they’re there to make sure everything is just right.

Where We Deliver To

We deliver to most of mainland England and Wales. If your postcode is more than 50 miles from one of our distribution centres, a small additional charge may apply, and delivery could take an extra one to two weeks.

Before Delivery Day

Get a Delivery Date
When you place your order in store, we’ll give you an estimated delivery date so you have an idea of when your furniture will arrive. Once your items are ready, we’ll confirm the exact date with you.

Prepare for Delivery
To make delivery day as smooth as possible, we recommend clearing a path in your home for our team and keeping any curious pets out of the way. This way, we can get your new sofa set up quickly and safely!

On Delivery Day
Your furniture will arrive in one of our Stokers vans, handled by our friendly, professional team.

What Time Will My Sofa Arrive?
The day before delivery, we’ll send you a text or email with an approximate arrival time.

Live Order Tracking
On the day of delivery, we’ll send you a link so you can track your order in real time and see exactly where our team is on the map.

You’re Next!
When we’re about 30 minutes away, we’ll give you a call so you know your furniture is just about to arrive—get ready to enjoy your new pieces!

Can you take my old furniture?
Yes! For a small fee, we can arrange to take your old furniture away when we deliver your new pieces.

How do I book my delivery?
Our delivery coordinators are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and will get in touch as soon as your furniture arrives at our warehouse. The day before delivery, you’ll receive a text or email with your delivery window. On the day, we’ll send a live tracking link so you can see where the installation team is, and we’ll give you a call when your furniture is next—so you’re never left guessing!

Our friendly delivery and store teams are always on hand to answer any questions and make sure your sofa delivery goes smoothly.

How much is delivery?

 

  1. Large Furniture – FREE delivery within 50 miles of our stores.
  2. Click & Collect – FREE collection available on all small furniture and accessories from any of our 10 stores.
  3. Accessories under £500 – We can arrange delivery by carrier. Just enter your address in the basket for a quote, or choose free Click & Collect.
  4. Out of Area Delivery (Over 50 miles) – If your delivery address falls outside our free delivery area, one of our store team will contact you to confirm your order and any delivery charges.
  5. Please note: We only deliver to Mainland UK (this excludes Ireland, Northern Ireland and all offshore islands).
